RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you need to return and/or exchange your item(s), you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@darlingdiamonddecor.com. Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, such as MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS & USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Items must be in new or unused condition (for example no stains, tears, or scratches). Items must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts. Once the merchandise is returned, it will be inspected within 48 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined that the items are in new, unused, and resalable condition, our team will process your return and issue a store credit minus the return shipping fee. Darling Diamond Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders can be canceled or modified at no additional cost prior to shipment from our warehouse by emailing us. We aim to process and ship orders promptly after they are placed, which leaves only a short window for changes. As a result, we cannot guarantee that all requests for order changes or cancellations will be accommodated. Please be aware that even if an order is not marked as shipped, it may already be in transit and therefore cannot be canceled. Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded and/or exchanged.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S):
If you receive a damage or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery date. Email us a picture of the damage/defective item(s) alone with your order number at info@darlingdiamonddecor.com. After thorough observation, we will send a replacement item(s). In the event that we cannot offer a replacement, store credit will be issued.

The average processing time to prepare your order is 2-5 business days. Shipping charges will be added to your entire purchase during checkout. Our most common & frequent shipping providers are USPS, UPS and FedEx.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly. Darling Diamond Decor IS NOT held responsible for ANY packages that state DELIVERED.
