RETURN CONDITIONS:

Darling Diamond Decor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders can be canceled or modified at no additional cost prior to shipment from our warehouse by emailing us. We aim to process and ship orders promptly after they are placed, which leaves only a short window for changes. As a result, we cannot guarantee that all requests for order changes or cancellations will be accommodated. Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded and/or exchanged.

If you receive a damage or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery date. Email us a picture of the damage/defective item(s) alone with your order number at info@darlingdiamonddecor.com. After thorough observation, we will send a replacement item(s).
