Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, such as MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, FINAL SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS & USED OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
Items must be in new or unused condition (for example no stains, tears, or scratches). Items must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders can be canceled or modified at no additional cost prior to shipment from our warehouse by emailing us. We aim to process and ship orders promptly after they are placed, which leaves only a short window for changes. Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded and/or exchanged.

If you receive a damage or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery date. Email us a picture of the damage/defective item(s) alone with your order number at info@darlingdiamonddecor.com. After thorough observation, we will send a replacement item(s). In the event that we cannot offer a replacement, store credit will be issued.
