If for any reason you need to return and/or exchange your item(s), please let us know within 48 hours of purchase or delivery date and we will be glad to offer you an even merchandise or store credit.

 

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of purchase. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Any orders that are in a transit status cannot be cancelled, refunded and/or exchanged.

 

Damaged Item(s):

If you receive a damage or defective item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery date. Email us a picture of the damage/defective item(s) at info@darlingdiamonddecor.com. After thorough observation, merchandise credit will be subject to approval.

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier directly. Darling Diamond Decor IS NOT held responsible for ANY packages that state DELIVERED.
